One of the most noticable tender mercies I notice in me is the feeling the spirit. Knowing what I feel, knowing where it came from and knowing what I'm now supposed to do all remind me that He knows--me.
That knowing makes the trials easier. He hasn't forgotten me, and knows what I'm struggling with.
Talk about an iron rod!
